Eight Layer Dip

1 can refried beans, thinned with a little water if necessary
guacamole
sour cream
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1 small can black olives, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1-1/2 cups shredded jack or cheddar cheese
minced jajapeņos, optional
tortilla chips

Spread refried beans in bottom of 13x9" baking pan. Add a little water to beans if consistency is too thick. Next spread layers of guacamole and then sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, black olives and green onions. Sprinkle jack cheese over everything. If using jalapeņos sprinkle them around the edge so they are easily avoidable. Serve with tortilla chips.
