2-1/2 lbs chicken wing pieces, trimmed of excess skin
1/2 cup Franks RedHot Sauce
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Carrot and celery sticks
blue cheese dressing Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake wings at 425 for 1 hour, turning once. Drain on paper towels and transfer to large bowl.
Prepare sauce: mix Redhot sauce and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add to wings and toss several times to coat. Serve with carrots, celery and blue cheese dressing. Total cooking/preparation time: Long Servings: 4
