Curried Chicken Salad

2 lbs boneless chicken
lettuce leaves, optional

Dressing:
1-1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp curry powder
1 small onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken in lightly oiled pan for 1 hour. Cool and cut-up.

Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken when cool and mix well . Chill 1-2 hours. Serve over lettuce leaves, if desired.

Total cooking/preparation time: Moderate
Servings: 6-8
