Macadamia Nut Cookies

These are the classic macadamia-white chocolate cookies!

1 cup butter or margarine
3/4/ cup sugar
3/4/cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz pkg white morsels
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

(There is NO SALT in this recipe due to the saltiness of the nuts)

Beat butter in mixer until soft. Add sugars and beat until light. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Sift together the flour and baking soda, then mix in to dough. Stir in morsels and nuts.
