This can also be made into a meal for the hungry college student! tortilla chips, approx ½ bag Preheat oven to 350º with rack in center. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Sprinkle with 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp paprika, salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Set aside. On cookie sheet or pizza pan spread tortilla chips. Overlapping is fine, just make sure entire surface of pan is well covered. Distribute ground beef, jalapeño peppers, tomato, onion and black olives (or whatever combination you are using) over chips as evenly as possible. Shred cheeses over loaded chips.
