Charlotte's Oat Bran Bread

1 1/8 cup warm water
1 1/2 TBSP canola oil
2 TBSP honey
1/2 tsp liquid lecithin
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oat flour
1/3 cup oat bran
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 TBSP gluten flour
3 TBSP powdered whey
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Put all ingredients into breadmaker in order listed. Select "Basic Wheat" cycle, "Light" setting. Push Start.

Servings: 1 loaf
