Breaded Chicken Breasts

2 lbs boneless chicken breasts Preheat frying pan to medium. Add 1 TBSP oil to the pan. Pour milk in a small bowl. Mix bread crumbs and salt into a second bowl. Dip chicken breasts into milk then bread crumbs til coated. Place in hot frying pan. Repeat with remaining breasts (may have to fry in batches.) Add more oil as needed.
