Breaded Chicken Breasts

2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
1 cup italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2/tsp salt
vegetable oil

Preheat frying pan to medium. Add 1 TBSP oil to the pan. Pour milk in a small bowl. Mix bread crumbs and salt into a second bowl. Dip chicken breasts into milk then bread crumbs til coated. Place in hot frying pan. Repeat with remaining breasts (may have to fry in batches.) Add more oil as needed.

Saute for 8 minutes then turn and saute for 8 more until crusty and golden brown. Test for doneness (should not be pink in the center.) Cooking time depends on temperature of pan and thickness of chicken.
