Easy Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe is made with Bisquik which makes it fast and easy! Add a salad for a complete meal. It's great in single-serving bowls but may be baked in a larger baking dish if individual bowls are not available!

Filling:
1 cup cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces (fresh or canned)
2 cups cooked vegetables (still frozen, steamed, leftover or a combination)
1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
Topping:
1 cup Bisquik baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 400º

2. In large mixing bowl combine chicken, veggies and soup together. Distribute evenly in individual casserole dishes. (Or into one medium-sized baking dish.)

3. Combine remaining ingredients in same bowl. Spoon over chicken mixture in each bowl.

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. (Slightly longer if using a larger baking dish.)
