Raspberry Sauce

This is great on cheesecake or angel food cake!

1 pt ripe raspberries
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp strained fresh lemon jiuce

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Strain through a fine-meshed sieve, pressing firmly with a rubber spatula. Add more sugar if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled within 3 days.
