Blueberry Muffins

2 cups flour
1/2 cu p sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
6 TBSP melted butter
1 cup blueberries
sugar to sprinkle on top

Preheat oven to 425F. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine milk, eggs, butter. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffins tins. Sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 25 minutes. Makes 12.
