Baked Apples

4-6 granny smith apples
4 TBSP brown sugar
1 tsp margarine
cinnamon
4 TBSP orange juice

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut tops off apples to make a "cap." Set aside. Core apple partially leaving the bottom in tact. Sprinkly approximately 1 TBSP brown sugar in each apple cavity, plus 1/4 tsp margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Put caps back on apples and drizzle each with 1 TBSP orange juice. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
