Prosciutto Stuffed Focaccia

1 9 inch round foccacia
3 oz prosciutto, sliced thin
4 oz munster cheese, sliced thin
6 oz pkg baby spinach
1/4 cup bottled roasted red peppers
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut focaccia in half lengthwise (cut top off.) Top one half with prosciutto, cheese and spinach. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Cover with top piece of focaccia. Wrap with foil and bake on baking sheet 15 minutes at 350°F.
