Crispy Broccoli Casserole

1 large bunch broccoli Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut broccoli into bite-sized flowerettes and steam until al dente. Transfer broccoli to a lightly greased casserole dish. Mix together cheese, eggs, onion, salt, worcestershire, cheese and 2 TBSP of melted butter. Pour over broccoli. Add bread crumbs and pepper to rest of melted butter. Spoon over broccoli mixture and pat down slightly, making sure to completely cover broccoli. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Servings: 4-6 Cookbook Section: Casseroles / ID: 146 |
