Quick English Muffin Bread

5 1/2 - 6 cups flour Grease (2) 9x5 inch bread pans and sprinkle with cornmeal. In a large mixing bowl combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda. Heat milk and water until 120-130°. Add to dry mixture and beat well, 30 seconds on low and 3 minutes on high.) Stir in enough more flour to make a moist but stiff batter.
