Stuffed Bread

1 round loaf of bread, uncut (rye, white or italian)
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 can mushroom pieces, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 pkg (box) frozen spinach

Poke holes in box of spinach and cook in microwave 3-4 minutes on high. Open box carefully and squeeze out as much water as you can. In large bowl mix all ingredients except bread. Cut center out of loaf of bread leaving 1/2" of bread all around. Cut removed bread into cubes for dipping.

Just before serving put loaf on a platter, surrounded by bread cubes. Scoop dip into bread cavity.
