Citrus Vinaigrette

This recipe is from George's Garage in Durham. Drizzle over rice or use as a salad dressing.

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
1 medium red onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP fresh thyme
2 TBSP fresh basil
1 TBSP sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, in a large bowl, seasoning to taste with the salt and pepper. Slowly add olive oil, whisking constantly to emulsify. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
