1 egg In food processor blend egg, water, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, soy sauce and tahini until smooth. Add the chick peas cumin, coriander and chili powder and blend again. Transfer to a bowl and stir in wheat germ. Form into patties and fry in lightly oil pan until lightly browned. Serve in pita with yougurt-tahini sauce.
