Baby Back Ribs

2-3 lbs pork babyback ribs

Rub:
1 TBSP Herbs de Provence
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Pat ribs dry. Rub dry mixture all over ribs. (At this point can be refrigerated for 1-12 hours) Arrange bone-side up in a broiling pan. Roast in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn over and roast another 45-60 minutes. Remove and let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice the bones apart and serve. (Kitchen shears are great for cutting up ribs!)
